I am currently using tweetlater.com its OK, but I would also like to find a program that will auto unfollow people (or purge) that I have followed, but..who did not follow me back within a couple of days (this will free up valuable twitter limits). Doing this manually is very time consuning…especially with over 40 accounts!

Actually, all three of these products will do that. If you can swing it, at the moment I find Tweet Adder (Unlimited Profiles) to be the most compelling product out there (features and price).
