You are not alone in your pain Actually, all three of these products will do that. If you can swing it, at the moment I find Tweet Adder (Unlimited Profiles) to be the most compelling product out there (features and price).

I am currently using tweetlater.com its OK, but I would also like to find a program that will auto unfollow people (or purge) that I have followed, but..who did not follow me back within a couple of days (this will free up valuable twitter limits). Doing this manually is very time consuning…especially with over 40 accounts!
