Have you had a chance to contact support at Tweet Adder directly for this Joan? My apologies for not getting a response to you sooner. They have had some issues, but have fixed most that I know of.

I would encourage you to continue to work with their support department. They've had similar issues in the passed, and while I'd wish they were faster, they do eventually fix it. Sorry couldn't' be more helpful than that.

I need help on my tweetadder3, I have an error while installing the software I keep getting a message that you need to download the latest version (in a loop) and I contact the support team last Nov. 9 and on Dec 23 for 32 working days they respond on my problem,

Below is there reply

We have investigated this and tested it multiple ways, and have not been able to replicate any issue like this.

Please make sure that you are downloading the latest version
Windows:
http://tweetadder.com/tweetadder3.exe
Mac:
http://tweetadder.com/tweetadder3.dmg

Also, please make sure that you are opening the latest version that you downloaded. Perhaps you are saving it to my documents, but then opening an older version that is saved to your desktop? Or something similar.

We have found no issues of this on our side, and all of our files have matching version numbers. The current version is build #101122

I have a big problem with the TweetAdder tool.

It's keep on error upgrade in loop when I install the software, I follow all the instructions, cleaning the browser cache, I even clean the registry , uninstall my browser (Mozilla, IE, Google Chrome), I even format my computer but nothing happens same error.

It's going crazy I don't know what to do next.

Hope anyone has idea to share.

Thank you

:(

Hi,

I am trying to get tweets sent automatically from 3 twitter accounts I have. They seem to either cross post (really bad for my clients) or they don't want to work at all. I have a mac (running 10.4.11, PPC, G5)
Here is what i do:
I have all 3 accounts checked from main login screen, I login to one account, and leave it logged in during the day. Tweets do not seem to want to function properly. I set timing on tweets to 40 to 240 mins and they were spaced out between 5 and 30 mins!!! Also, when I try to open a new instance of a tweet window, it does nothing. Doc on web site is sparse in explaining many of the features of chaining and tweeting with *multiple* accounts at the *same* time.
I also got this error message when I ran automated tasks with all 3 users selected from the login window:
"Automatic tweets will not be send in 'chaining' mode. Login to the individual account to post tweets" --- What does this mean? And how do you enable 'chaining' with multiple twiter accounts??

Does 'chaining' mode only work with the "unlimited license" version? If so, the web site did not present it that way.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Got feedback from Tweet Adder Support and that fixed my problem.

It needed a slight change to the settings I had on the login screen to get the automated jobs running.
